Orders purchased before 4 pm will be dispatched same working day.
Orders after 4 pm will be dispatched next working day.
Bank Holidays & Weekends are not included as delivery days.
*Please note if you order at the weekend your items will be dispatched on Monday.
How can I track my parcel?
As soon as we start packing your order we will send you a shipment confirmation email with the delivery information and a link to track your order online. You can opt-in for messenger/text update for all your delivery info. Please note, that it can take up to 24 hours before the tracking information is uploaded. You will also be able to track your order under ‘Orders’ when you log in at My Account.
Where does HIGHONFLUERS deliver?
Items ordered in the United Kingdom can only be delivered to persons 18 years or older, with an address in the United Kingdom.
If you order products for delivery outside of the EU, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, please note that we have no control over these charges and we cannot predict their amount. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes.
Orders outside of the EU will have the VAT deducted.
We do not ship to the overseas territories (Isle of Man, Jersey and Guernsey).
Undeliverable parcels
If unable to deliver a package according to your chosen delivery option it will automatically be returned to HIGHONFLUERS.
