1. General

The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by the customer (hereinafter referred to as “you”) with HIGHONFLEURS, hereinafter referred to as “HIGHONFLEURS”, “us ” or ”we”, at the HIGHONFLEURS website, mobile website, or telephone (jointly referred to as ”HIGHONFLEURS.com”).

By using HIGHONFLEURS.com and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out herein (the “Terms”). Please make sure you have read and understood the Terms before placing your order.

Only persons of legal age, 18 years or older, who are not under guardianship, and are not acting in capacity as a company, with a physical address in the United Kingdom excluding Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of Man, Anguilla, Bermuda, British Antarctic Territory, British Indian Ocean Territories, British Virgin Islands, Falkland Islands, Gibraltar, Cayman Islands, Montserrat, Pitcairn Islands, St Helena, Ascension, Tristan da Cunha, Sovereign Base Areas of Akrotiri and Dhekelia, South Georgia and the South, Sandwich Islands, Turks- and Caicos Islands and mail forwarding companies, can place an order. HIGHONFLEURS and its distributor reserves the right to restrict different areas for delivery during certain times of the year. The inclusion of any products or services on HIGHONFLEURS.com at a particular time does not imply or warrant that these products or services will be available at any time. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms from time to time without prior notice to you. The version of the Terms that will apply to your order will be those on HIGHONFLEURS.com at the time you place your order.

HIGHONFLEURS want to provide the best possible online experience. To make this possible we need to ensure that our services run like a clockwork. You understand and agree not to (i) post, transmit, redistribute, upload, or promote any communications or content that could harm or negatively impact our business, products or services; (ii) act in a manner or employ any device that restricts, impairs, interferes or inhibits any other user from using or enjoying the HIGHONFLEURS.com site, or which impacts the security of the site, or (iii) employ any device or attempt to use any engine, software, tool, agent, script or other device or mechanism (including without limitation spiders, bots, crawlers, avatars or intelligent agents) to navigate or search the site, or to copy content from the site. We reserve the right to immediately bar access to the site and close the account of any user who violates this provision or any other provision in these terms and conditions.

  1. Prices and delivery charges

The prices displayed at HIGHONFLEURS.com include the statutory Value Added Tax.

  1. Ordering/conclusion of the contract

Orders can be placed via HIGHONFLEURS.com only. Please visit our customer service pages for further information.

Once you have placed your order, if you have supplied us with your email address, you will receive an email confirmation. If for any reason we are unable to fulfil your order, we will let you know at the earliest opportunity. If we have already received payment for such order, we will attempt to refund the applicable amount using the same method used to make the payment.

  1. Delivery

HIGHONFLEURS exercises the utmost diligence in accepting and processing orders and will endeavour to deliver your order in accordance with your selected delivery option.

Before you place your order, you will be informed of the expected delivery details. Once you have placed your order you will receive an email confirmation with your expected delivery details.

  1. Withdrawal of Order

If you wish to cancel or return your order, please provide us with notice in writing either via email to customerservice@HIGHONFLEURS.com, by using the online return form and return the item(s) to us as set out in section 6 (Returns) below within the 14-day period set forth in section 5.1 above. We will provide a refund attempting to use the same method used to make the payment as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days of receiving your notice of cancellation, provided we have received the items or evidence of you having sent back the faulty items. Read more on our Returns pages on HIGHONFLEURS.com. 

If the item you have received is defective, please notify HIGHONFLEURS promptly and return the item in accordance with section 6 (Returns) below. HIGHONFLEURS will, for any products deemed defective, provide a full refund excluding the cost of return. The provisions set forth herein do not limit any applicable statutory rights.

In the event of an error in connection with any products or services displayed through HIGHONFLEURS.com (including typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, and availability), HIGHONFLEURS reserves the right to cancel any order prior to the time it is delivered to you.

  1. Returns

HIGHONFLEURS guarantees a full refund for any returned items in accordance with section 5 (Withdrawal of Order), provided that all items are returned in the same condition they were in upon your receipt. This means the items should not have been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn (other than to try the item on) and that any labels or tags should be intact.

All our orders will only have e-receipts to reduce carbon footprint, for any returns you are required to fill out the online return form which can be found in HIGHONFLEURS.com website. You will find more detailed information regarding our return process on the delivery page and in our Returns Policy on our website.

  1. Payment methods

We only accept Paypal payment for the moment, we are working to accept other methods of payment as soon as possible.


When paying by PayPal, HIGHONFLEURS reserves the right to check the validity of the PayPal account, that there are enough funds to cover the purchase sum and validate the billing address details of the purchaser. The applicable amount will immediately be reserved on your PayPal account but will not be debited until the goods are dispatched from the warehouse. HIGHONFLEURS reserves the right to deny any purchase.

Please note that we are unable to accept gift cards and merchandise cards as forms of payments via HIGHONFLEURS.

You will receive the legally required invoice in the shipping confirmation e-mail.

Currency and VAT
In the United Kingdom, we use British pound (£) as a currency. The VAT is included in all our prices. All prices and product information on the HIGHONFLEURS online shop are subject to change.


For card purchases, we work with an authorized payment agent that helps us to check directly with your bank that the card is valid for purchases. Our payment agent processes your card details in the correct way according to the international security standard PCI DSS, which was developed by the card companies VISA, MasterCard, Diners, American Express and JCB. This means that your card details are processed with a very high level of security. To make card purchases with us as secure as possible all information is sent in encrypted form using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). This means that the information is passed through a secure connection and that your card details cannot be read by external parties.

  1. Our Liability

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit HIGHONFLEURS’s liability with regard to any matter for which it would be unlawful for us to limit or exclude our liability.

We do not seek to exclude liability for fraudulent misrepresentation by us or our employees or agents. If we breach these Terms, we shall only be liable for losses which are a reasonably foreseeable consequence of such breach.

HIGHONFLEURS is not responsible for indirect losses which are a side effect of the main loss or damage, for example, loss of profits or loss of opportunity; or for failure to deliver the goods or to meet any of our other obligations under these Terms where such failure is due to an event that is beyond our reasonable control, which includes but is not limited to fire, flood, storm, riot, civil disturbance, war, nuclear accident and terrorist activity.

Our maximum liability to you for any loss or damage arising in connection with your order on HIGHONFLEURS.com shall be limited to the total price of your order.

  1. Colours

We make all reasonable efforts to accurately display the attributes of our products, including composition and colours. The colour you see will depend on your computer system, and we cannot guarantee that your computer will accurately display such colours.

  1. Guarantee

If there are defects in the goods you have purchased, HIGHONFLEURS abides by all statutory guarantee regulations. If you have a complaint regarding obvious material or manufacturing faults in goods that we have supplied, including damage incurred in transit, please let us know by returning the goods to us without delay by emailing us at customerservice@highonfleurs.com

  1. Assignment

HIGHONFLEURS reserves the right to assign or pledge to third parties any claim(s) for payment which has arisen in connection with the delivery of goods.

  1. Severance

If any part of these Terms is disallowed or found to be ineffective by any court or regulator, the other Terms shall continue to apply.

  1. Ownership of rights

All intellectual property rights, such as trademarks and copyrights at HIGHONFLEURS.com remain with HIGHONFLEURS and its subsidiaries or licensors. Any use of HIGHONFLEURS.com or its contents, including copying or storing such content in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use, is prohibited without the permission of HIGHONFLEURS

  1. Intellectual property, software and content

HIGHONFLEURS owns or has permission to use the intellectual property rights in its Website and its content. These rights are protected around the world. All such rights are reserved.

You’re allowed to store, print and display our Website content only for your own personal use. You are not allowed to use any part of the Website for commercial purposes unless you have our express permission.

You’re also not allowed to use the HIGHONFLEURS logo or any HIGHONFLEURS brand or trademark (or any marks which are colourably similar) without our express permission.

  1. Things not to do

You must not misuse or tamper with our websites, apps or other services (“Websites”) (e.g. hack, introduce viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other technologically harmful material or carry out denial of service attacks etc) or otherwise mess with our tech or functionality or steal our or our customers’ data. Doing any of these things may be a criminal offence, but they also get in the way of us giving our loyal HIGHONFLEURS customers the best service, so we take them extremely seriously. HIGHONFLEURS will report any such breach or activity (and all information about the people carrying it out) to the relevant law enforcement authorities.

We recommend you use virus protection software when using any website, including ours. Although we have a dedicated team who work hard to stop people messing with our Website, we can’t guarantee that it will always be secure from bugs, viruses or trouble-makers.

You are not allowed to use automated systems or software to extract data from our Website.

Please note: You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless HIGHONFLEURS, its directors, officers, employees, consultants, agents, and affiliates, from any and all third-party claims, liability, damages and/or costs (including, but not limited to, legal fees) arising from your use (or misuse) of this Website or your breach of the Terms and Conditions.
